AIMS Report

There are two AIMS reports—AIMS 1 and AIMS 2. AIMS 1 contains the number of real property accounts in each county, broken down by land use code and whether the land is vacant or has buildings (is improved). The land use codes are: agricultural, country club, marsh, residential, condominiums, residential/commercial, commercial, industrial, commercial condominiums, apartments, commercial/residential, and townhouses (note that not all counties use all codes). These tables also show the number of exempt accounts.

AIMS 2 is the taxable real property assessable base by each county, broken down by land use code and whether the land is vacant or is improved. The land use codes are for AIMS 2 are the same as those used for AIMS 1.

In 2017, the two reports were merged, but in prior years they were compiled individually.
